Submission

 

Thank you for your interest in selling your work within the Gallery, we are always interested in receiving submissions from new artists, whether they be established artists or newly emerging talent.

All submissions for consideration should be made by email to gallery@myrtlehouse.org.uk.
When submitting your work please include:

  • 5-7 good quality photographs of your work.

  • Short statement about yourself and your art, describing the mediums you work with (I.e. glass, ceramic, oil, textile etc).

  • Let us know where you currently sell your work (other galleries, online)

  • Sizes and prices of your work.

We will try to reply to every email within two weeks, but sometimes this can be longer at busy times of year. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

We currently take on new artists and makers 2-3 times a year, so any submissions will be kept on record until we are ready to invite new artists/makers.

If we decide that the work makes a good fit for the Gallery we will invite you for a visit and meeting with our art manager to discuss further details.

We run a busy high street shop so are currently unable to view work without an appointment, so please wait for a response to your emailed submission before visiting.
